We encourage you to file online using the links below. Electronically filed documents are more quickly identified and filed with judicial assistants and judges. All documents filed with the BIIA are subject to
public disclosure.
File Online
Use a separate transmission for each appeal. Transmissions containing more than one docket number will be rejected and filing will not be accomplished, unless the multiple docket numbers have been consolidated by the BIIA.
Documents received after 5 p.m. will be deemed filed the next business day. WAC 263-12-01501(d).
File a New Appeal:

File a Claim Resolution Settlement Agreement:

- Application for Amended Claim Resolution Settlement Agreement (CRSA)
Amend an existing CRSA awaiting the Board's decision.
File in a Current Appeal:
- Correspondence and Pleadings (File documents relating to your existing appeal)
- Voluntary Dismissal of Appeal (Used by the appealing party ONLY)
- Perpetuation Depositions and Signed Certificate (No need to mail a paper copy of the deposition until further notice)
- Transcripts of Hearings/Conferences
- Returns & Reassumes (L&I use ONLY)
