Delayed mail delivery for notices dated May 4, 2023
On May 4th, the BIIA sent out 1133 documents in the 4PM mail run. However, 800 of those documents
weren't delivered. The malfunction affected only the mail being delivered by the United States Postal
Service (USPS) and not via courier. We will be re-mailing the documents that were not properly delivered
by mail. As a result, you may receive notifications for proceedings that have already taken place.
We apologize for the inconvenience. If you believe you missed an event (or were otherwise negatively
impacted by the May 4, 2023 mail problem), please contact your assigned judge for further directions.
El 4 de mayo, el BIIA envió 1,133 documentos en nuestro correo de las 4PM. Sin embargo, 800 de esos
documentos no fueron entregados. El malfuncionamiento afectó solamente el correo entregado por el Servicio
Postal de los Estados unidos (USPS) y no afectó al entregado por servicio de mensajero. Nosotros estaremos
re enviando los documentos que no fueron entregados debidamente por el correo. Como resultado de ósto,
puede ser que usted reciba avisos para eventos que ya han pasado. Pedimos disculpas por el inconveniente.
Si usted cree que usted perdió un evento programado, (o que usted fue impactado negativamente por el problema
del correo del 4 de mayo del 2023), por favor contacte a su juez asignado para mós instrucciones.
